• All files must be under 1 megabyte each.
• Please ensure you list your full name and the artwork name in either the email or the attached filename.
An ideal model would be - "First and Last Name - Image Title.jpg".
You can enter as many times as you like - Just remember that all works must be produced in accordance with the monthly theme. All works must be your original works. We don't like copies. There will be a different monthly topic to work on each round. Subscribe to the mooks artspace and we'll email you the topic or check out Mooks.com for the monthly topic in the news section.
There will be 1 minor winner each month, 4 major winners through the year and one super duper all time winner. The 12 monthly winners will each receive a Mooks/Monster Children pack of good stuff. The 4 major winners will win better stuff and have their work installed into the Mooks Bondi Junction and Mooks Melbourne QV stores. The 1 super dooper winner will win a 2 week show at the Monster Children Gallery in August 2009.
Winners will have the choice of installing art in the Mooks stores themselves or allowing Mooks to print and install. Mooks will cover the cost of installation. 3. Competition commences 1st August 2007 and continues until 30th July 2008 ("Promotional Period").
4. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and agencies are ineligible to enter. "Immediate family" means spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household as the employee.
5. Only completed entries will be accepted. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged on merit. The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Multiple entries will be accepted but each entry must be unique. 7. Winners will be notified via telephone or email or post published to the website
8. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that artwork submitted is the original work of the entrant, which does not infringe the rights of any third party. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition.
9. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
11. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this promotion.
